01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "post4d", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the post4d platform, its operators, and affiliates operating the website at https://post4d.cam.
• "Platform" — the post4d website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at https://post4d.cam.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or places a wager or stake on any game or event offered by post4d.
• "Account" — the registered user account created upon successful completion of the registration process on post4d.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, recorded in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bet / Wager / Stake" — any real-money amount placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, togel draw, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by post4d to Users subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process conducted by post4d in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law or by post4d's licensing terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — features including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to all registered Users.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The post4d platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the Platform. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. post4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is operated for and primarily targeted at players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited to your participation. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. post4d accepts no liability for any User who accesses the Platform in violation of local laws.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on post4d:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of post4d or its partner organizations, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from post4d or any affiliated platform and whose exclusion period has not expired.
• Individuals acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or professional betting operation without express written consent from post4d.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active registered account on post4d. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. This rule applies regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or identity used.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or incomplete information will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. post4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify post4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

post4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of residential address issued within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. post4d may place a temporary hold on accounts pending KYC completion.

3.5 Account Currency

All post4d accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all recorded and processed in IDR. post4d does not support multi-currency accounts.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

post4d supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. post4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account tier; full details are available within the post4d platform Cashier section. post4d reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within three minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where a withdrawal is subject to enhanced review. post4d targets completion of all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours at maximum. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to post4d's anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering

post4d operates in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit, to delay or decline any withdrawal pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Funds deposited on post4d must be sourced from legitimate personal income and may not originate from criminal activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by post4d are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, an 8× requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means that Rp 800.000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Bets placed on different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements; full contribution percentages are published within each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

post4d employs systematic monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses with multiple accounts, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed primarily to fulfill wagering requirements, using betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured odds. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited, and post4d reserves the right to close such accounts without notice.

5.4 VIP Program

post4d operates a six-tier VIP loyalty program. Tier status, point accrual rates, and associated benefits are determined at post4d's sole discretion and may be modified at any time. VIP status does not create any contractual entitlement to specific bonuses beyond those explicitly communicated in writing by a post4d account manager.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game category. post4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of apparent system error, incorrect odds publication, or suspected fraudulent activity. Bets are not final until confirmed with a unique bet reference number displayed to the User.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on post4d — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and other competitions — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market type. Asian handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets each carry individual settlement rules published within the platform. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or void, post4d's match result and settlement rules will apply.

6.3 Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets are offered at post4d's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice — particularly during goal scoring events, red cards, injuries, or significant match developments. post4d will not be responsible for any delay between live match events and the updating of in-play odds on the Platform.

6.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino and slot games offered on post4d — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. post4d does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no responsibility for malfunctions caused by a game studio's own software.

6.5 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws hosted on post4d are conducted in accordance with the rules of the relevant draw operator. Draw times, result publication schedules, and prize structures are published on the Platform. post4d acts as an intermediary bookmaker for togel markets and is not responsible for delays or changes made by the underlying draw operator.

07 Responsible Gaming

post4d is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Users stay in control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. If you believe that you or someone you know is developing a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team or use the self-exclusion feature. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect for the duration specified, with a m inimum period of six months. post4d reserves the right to extend any self-exclusion period where it believes continued exclusion is in the User's best interest.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the post4d platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, misconfigured odds, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports fraud.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or compromise any element of the post4d platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing post4d staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool or self-exclusion measure implemented on your account.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the post4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and page layouts — is the intellectual property of post4d or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of post4d. Unauthorized use of any post4d intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitations of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

While post4d targets 99.5% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. post4d will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — resulting from Platform unavailability.

10.2 Accuracy of Information

post4d makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, game information, and promotional materials published on the Platform are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error in odds or game configuration, post4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, post4d's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. post4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages under any circumstances.

10.4 Third-Party Services

post4d integrates third-party services including game studios, payment processors, and data feed providers. We are not responsible for the conduct, availability, or accuracy of any third-party service and accept no liability for losses arising from third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by post4d

post4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) post4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the User's continued access presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to post4d; or (d) the User's jurisdiction becomes a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

11.2 Termination by User

You may close your post4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled, and any active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days of confirmed account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by post4d or the User — all licences granted under these Terms & Conditions cease immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law survive termination indefinitely.

12 Amendments

post4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, post4d will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. The version of these Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which post4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits post4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Users who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and agree that post4d bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from the User's decision to access the Platform from within Indonesia.
